What to include

• The address of the page on this site (the link that starts with baliindex.com).
• What on it should come down: the whole listing, a photo, or a sentence; say which.
• Who you are and your connection to it: the listing agency, the owner, the photographer or the rights holder. A company email address or a line on your own site is enough; no documents are needed for a listing or text.
• For a photo: that you hold the rights to it, in one sentence.
• An email address for the reply.

Within 48 hours the index removes the item or writes back with a question. A removed listing stays out of the index for as long as the request stands; an agency that wants all of its listings out is removed as a source, and the How this works page says so.

What we keep

Facts from public listing pages: price, area, size, bedrooms, tenure, the page address and when it was seen. No photos or descriptions are stored or shown from unpaid listings; a paid listing's photos and description are supplied by the agency, developer or owner and come down on their word. A wrong fact rather than a removal: the "wrong?" button beside it on the property page, or Corrections.
