The figures. Every price on the index is an agency's asking price, collected from its public listing, with the date we saw it. They are not valuations, not offers, and not a promise that a property is available or will sell at that price. Prices change; we show the date so you can judge how current each one is.

Not advice. Nothing on the index is legal, tax or financial advice. Buying property in Bali, especially leasehold, has real legal steps. Always check with a notary and a licensed adviser before you sign or pay anything.

No returns. We don't publish rental yields or projected returns, and we never will. Anyone promising you a guaranteed return should be treated with caution.

Accuracy. We work hard to keep the index accurate and we show our sources, but we can't guarantee every figure is complete or current. Check anything that matters directly with the agency.

Links out. When we link to an agency's own page, we're not responsible for what's on it.

Using the index. You're welcome to use the index to research a purchase. You may not copy or re-use the data commercially, or scrape it in bulk, without our written permission.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of Indonesia.
